Plot
All the characters are equally important to the game, but they have different roles within the game.
The main distinction is between those who are driving the plot and those who are reacting to it. Those who are driving the plot will have to make the running in the game, while those who are reacting will have things happening to them.

Many of the characters are involved in either the economic or military side of the game. While there are some mechanics attached to both aspects of the game, they are not that difficult to master, particularly since all the details are automatically tracked by the Referees.
As before, enter a "Y" if you would like to play a character involved in the economic or military side of the game, an "N" if you don't want to and leave the box blank if you don't mind. Only enter an "X" if you absolutely don't want to play a character involved in the economic or military side of the game.
